Get ready for tricks and treats at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion’s Hocus Pocus Pops featuring the Houston Symphony Friday, October 12. Tickets for the 7:30 p.m. performance, sponsored by Woodforest National Bank and H-E-B, are $20 for reserved orchestra seating. Mezzanine and lawn seating are free. The Great Pumpkin Express train ride begin at 5:30 p.m. in The Pavilion’s Gold Lot. Gates open at 6 pm for pre-concert activities
Dress up in your Halloween costume for a chance to walk on stage during the concert. The first 100 boys and “ghouls” to check in at Hocus Pocus Central in the North Plaza, fully costumed, get the chance to march in the Goblin Parade. Wristbands are required to participate in the Goblin Parade.
Guests are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy in their seat or on the lawn. Beverages are not allowed to be brought into The Pavilion and picnics must comply with The Pavilion’s bag size restriction and/or be in original packaging. Preferred parking is available in the on-site Town Center Garage, located along Six Pines Drive. Parking is $10 per vehicle for this and most performing arts events. Tickets for on-site parking can be purchased in advance at Ticketmaster.com and The Pavilion Box Office.
